• 8:00 a.m. Captains Meeting

• 8:15 a.m. Check the water

• 9:00 a.m. Start of the race

• 1:00 PM End of career

• 1:15 PM Lunch

• 2:00 PM Awards Ceremony

PROCESS OF TRAFFIC

• Before leaving their homes, should verify that trailers carrying the pin and safety chain and tires are in good condition in order to avoid accidents

• Try leaving home early.

• Approaching the hotel's facilities, should be directed to the back of it, to the little beach.

• Arriving at the little beach area trailers will be taken to the inspection area, located at the entrance on the left, where they will be removed and the cars should be directed to the parking area to the public.

INSPECTION PROCESS

• All canoes and their crews, without exception will be inspected in the assigned area.

• For a canoe can be inspected must be four next to the canoe paddlers with their shoes authorized rowing positions.

• The canoe must have full name, clear and legible on both sides.

• You must have the following items and must show the inspector.

- Four lifeguards
- Five oars
- Four whistles
- White Flag
- The rope attached to the bow and stern, should be sufficiently long and strong.
- A bailer, size of one half gallon

• Once inspected will be given a distinctive color, which must be placed in the dugout, allowing it to pass the transition area.

• No canoe must be in the transition area, if not inspected.

FOOD, PRIZES AND CLAIMS

• After passing the inspection will be placed on a bracelet, with which to finish the race will remove the food offered by CREBA in the dining area.

• The awards will be made as soon as you have the results, and the waiting time will depend on the claims that are made.

• All winning teams must first lift the cup for the photo.

• To file claims, they must request the form. After the race, the Race Master assigned to the committee will discuss and take appropriate decisions according to each case.
